This user agreement is a public offer agreement. Lev Tolstoy, bl.57, etnr.3, ap. 129, hereinafter referred to as “lifeforlove.com”. Lifeforlove.com is an entertainment site and provides the ability to correspond and exchange multimedia files. Management, administration, team of technical support of lifeforlove.com are not responsible for the content, the authenticity of the accounts, the contents of the dialogues, etc. And also does not bear any liability in case it was caused to you by using our site. By registering on lifeforlove.com, you confirm this agreement. You also acknowledge that you have reached the age of 18 years (in some countries, states, 21 years). Membership on the site and registration on lifeforlove.com can be invalid at the discretion of the site administration. You should understand that this information is not safe for you and fraudsters can use it. In case you entered prohibited data in the chat, the system will block such messages;
• It is prohibited to promote information that you consider to be defamatory, false, misleading, or promoting illegal activity or behavior that is offensive, threatening, obscene, or libelous;
• It is prohibited to promote illegal or unauthorized copy of another copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent the production of installed copyrighted devices or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• It is forbidden to distribute links to restricted pages, password-protected or hidden pages or images (those that are not linked to another available page);
• It is forbidden to publicly display inappropriate content (including pornography, adult content, scenes of violence or criminal activity);
• It is prohibited to provide materials that are used by people under 18 in a sexual or violent way;
• It is prohibited to spread information about illegal activities, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy or providing or creating computer viruses;
• It is prohibited to request passwords or personal identification information for commercial or illegal purposes from other users;
• No commercial activity is allowed;
• It is prohibited to publish, distribute or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, trademarks or other confidential information without the prior written consent of the owner of such property rights.
• It is prohibited to copy and distribute the content that is on lifeforlove.com. This content is the property of the participants of lifeforlove.com website.
• It is prohibited for participants to post content if you do not have copyright to it. If the administration has any doubts about the authenticity of the content of the participants, or a complaint from the participants of the lifeforlove.com website is received, this account will be blocked. It is prohibited to upload the content that may be considered to be illegal/or breach any applicable laws; Provide any information that is/or may be deemed to be misleading, false, promote illegal activities or in any other way harm the Provider’s reputation;

By using the service, you:

• Understand and agree that lifeforlove.com may, in its own admin office at its own discretion, view and delete any posts, messages, photos, video or profiles that, in their personal opinion, the administration violates the rules of this agreement may be offensive, illegal or may violate the rights, harm or threaten the security of other participants or third parties;

Limitation of liabilities

You agree, that our sole liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the terms of this Agreement.

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, lifeforlove, its licensors and contractors (including any third parties providing all or part of the services) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

The Lifeforlove’s services are paid by customers in accordance with the relevant rates stipulated on the websites https://ccbill.com and https://www.commercegate.com

Data protection is of utmost importance to the Lifeforlove. The Lifeforlove handles any data strictly confidentially and in accordance with the respective data protection regulations. User data is always stored securely. However, to operate such a system and to prepare invoices, it is sometimes necessary to store data and pass on the data to third parties.

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Applicable legislation

Miscellaneous

• The Lifeforlove shall serve notices related to this contract by posting them on the Lifeforlove web site or by sending them to the e-mail address you have given to the Lifeforlove.
• You may not assign or transfer in any other way the contract or any of your contractual rights.
• The Lifeforlove shall have the right to assign its rights and obligations under this contract and any receivables based on this contract to a third party upon written notice to you, provided such assignment is made under terms not less favorable to you than those in these TERMS.
• You acknowledge and agree that this agreement is subject to change by the Lifeforlove at any time, which changes shall be effective upon posting such changes to the website. Any use of the service after such posting shall constitute acceptance of such changes by you.
• If a Court decides that any provision of this Contract cannot be enforced, that particular part of the Contract will not apply but the rest will. However, the parties will negotiate in good faith to restate such provision to reflect the original intentions of the parties as nearly as is possible in accordance with applicable law, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provisions or part of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect or impact the continuation in force of the remainder of this Agreement, or provisions as the case may be.
• The section headings appearing in this Agreement are inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section or in any way affect such section.
• Where the context so admits or requires, words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, words denoting any gender (or the neuter) include both genders and the neuter. Section headings are purely for ease of reference and do not form part of or affect the interpretation of this Agreement. References to “include” and “including” shall be deemed to mean respectively “include(s) without limitation” and “including without limitation”. References to each party to this Agreement include references to its successors and permitted assigns.
