This way the psyche will be able to utilize negatively colored emotions. You can even talk to yourself, its helpful. If your health is stable, then its better not to think about anything, just walk and breathe. But this wont be enough if you endlessly scroll through news feeds. It doesnt even matter how tragic the information you consume is, your consciousness is overloaded by the very fact of consumption. You need to practice digital detox at least 2 days a week, and ideally do it all the time.
