Currently, cultural and leisure activities must solve, first of all, social problems, offering new lifestyle models.
The leisure sphere becomes a concentration of social problems that society cannot solve in other areas of life (drug addiction, alcoholism, crime, etc.). Of course, this does not mean that cultural and leisure activities are fully capable of fulfilling this social order, but it is obliged to contribute to increasing the level of general culture of the individual. A significant number of works are devoted to the study of leisure culture as a condition for adequate personal development, the authors of which examined this phenomenon from different positions. But, despite the existing achievements in this area, extensive scientific experience, the problem of forming a personal leisure culture remains far from its final completion; there are broad prospects for further research.
