Rest is an activity aimed at restoring the emotional and physical resources of the body.
Contrary to popular belief that rest is a period of inactivity, psychologists are confident of the opposite. Our organs and organ systems never stop, just like the psyche. They work 24/7 until they die, so you won't be able to recover if you just lie down or avoid physical activity. The only way to relax and achieve peace is to change activities, and not completely abandon them. Unfortunately, many people dont know about this or have never thought about it, as a result, we increasingly hear stories about how a person decided to rest, did nothing all day, and in the evening suddenly realized that he was even more tired.
