Any journey is a test of your physical capabilities.
You need to walk, swim, move a lot. I'm not a doctor, I cant tell you all the details. But, they say, with age it is very important to build up new neural connections that are formed from new impressions. Then the person stops degrading. Traveling just gives your brain a blast; there are hundreds of these new connections at once. When traveling, you always come into contact with a lot of people - from flight attendants on planes to various interesting fellow travelers. Somehow it turns out that I always get to know someone else and sometimes even start making friends. In new places you always meet some amazing people and hear a lot of interesting stories. And I really like to immerse myself in it all.
