Sport is heavy physical activity on a regular basis.
When we talk about an athlete, we imagine a toned figure, a ripped body and impeccable health. And all because for us, playing sports is associated with a healthy lifestyle. And this is true, but only partly. After all, sports, especially professional ones, also have dark sides. One of these sides is the sports heart. Athletes heart is a term that defines a set of structural and functional changes in the heart that arise due to physical activity. To develop it, you need to train 3-5 hours a day (at least 3 times a week) for 2 years. This is not a disease, or even a pathological condition. It is not life-threatening and is asymptomatic.
