New creative catering concepts in Europe can be found everywhere today!
Many fast-casual restaurants are appearing like mushrooms after rain, more and more projects with healthy food are appearing, wine bars have become popular, and in some of them guests serve themselves! But I will not now cite the whole of Europe as an example. And I will take Belgium and Italy as a basis! Because the establishments, just bars and of course restaurants of these countries make the most impression, for me personally.
