No one mentions the mission, values and corporate standards of behavior during the show, and what corporate standards can we talk about when everyone is having a good time and having fun after hours. Of course, it's interesting to watch the sales department and accounting on the dance floor, to find out how cool the marketing department shoots a marker and that the IT department plays football best of all, but this does not change the industrial relations that have been formed for months and years.
