False modesty
Wonderful quality is modesty. But often unhealthy phenomena are hidden behind this line suppressed feelings, fears, low self-esteem, a desire to please. All this leads to suffering, causes hidden aggression, and interferes with self-development. Normally, modesty is a sign of a person with healthy self-esteem. He treats his achievements as something natural and does not consider it necessary to advertise them, does not attract attention to himself unless necessary, and does not need an obvious external demonstration of his status. But more often, modesty hides the good girl,good boy syndrome.
