Sometimes sad, sometimes cheerful, why it happens with our mood?
Abrupt mood swings can be both a mental disorder and a normal personality trait. Cyclical rise and fall of moods can be compared to swings: today you fall in love with yourself, feel an incredible surge of joy and prepare to conquer the world, and tomorrow for some reason will not want to look in the mirror, and the strength will be only for scrolling the feed in your favorite social network. The main difference between emotional swings and normal mood swings is cyclicality - a drop and rise in mood every day or maybe every week. The younger generation of smart people love the expression - Polarity of emotions - meaning this fluctuation from "I feel very dreary" to "I feel an incredible burst of energy". All of this can have negative consequences: it affects our relationships, self-esteem, productivity at work and life satisfaction in general. Agreed, it's not very pleasant when your mood fluctuates back and forth and you can't control it. Why does this happen?
