Facial yoga is a series of exercises that relaxes the muscles of the face and neck, keeping them toned. Many experts claim that yoga classes can even replace Botox and hyaluronic acid injections. But is facial yoga really that effective? With the help of special exercises for the face, you can tighten the skin and noticeably reduce the number of expression lines, as well as improve the complexion. The fact is that such exercises stimulate all metabolic processes in the skin cells and affect even the deep muscles of the face, and this, in turn, increases blood circulation and saturates the skin cells with oxygen. Practicing yoga in the evening, you will relax and remove stress that you accumulated during the day, and your breathing will become even and calm - such anti-stress complex will have the best effect on the skin. In order to achieve a noticeable effect of facial yoga classes, follow certain rules. It is better to perform the practice in the evening, and before the beginning of the classes you need to clean your skin from makeup and apply a caring cream. Practice facial yoga regularly - ideally, you should do it every day. The more often you practice, the faster the effect will appear. But you should pay maximum attention to each exercise, to work every muscle of the face. Usually facial yoga classes are performed in a sitting position with a straight back. Remember that if an exercise involves one facial muscle, the rest must be in a relaxed state. To release tension and slow down the appearance of forehead wrinkles, make a fist and press the knuckles of your middle and index finger against the center of your forehead, then press them and slowly move your fists apart. Repeat the exercise several times. Smooth the nasolabial folds and open the eyes will help the following lesson: place your palms on your temples and begin to lift your face at the sides, pressing your hands up and down. At the same time open your mouth in the shape of the letter "O", dropping your lower jaw. Hold this pose for 5 seconds. Place your fingertips on your collarbones and slowly tilt your head back. Repeat the exercise 2-3 times. One more exercise will help to get rid of a second chin and prevent sagging of the skin: pull the lips to the side as much as possible to feel the tension in the cheek, then turn the neck in the same way, raising the head at 45 degrees, and hold in such a position for 4 seconds. Repeat the exercise for the other side of the face. Exercise the muscles around your eyes to strengthen the skin and slow the appearance of wrinkles in that area. To make the goosefoot effect less noticeable, you need to learn how to wink your lower eyelid. It won't take long once you've practiced and learned how to do this exercise. Slowly raise and lower your lower eyelid, and then press your fingers on the outer fold of the caterpillar feet to create a kind of muscle obstruction. Perform the exercise carefully, without stretching the skin. Such a natural lifting gives excellent results. The technique is suitable for everyone and requires no additional training.
