Yoga dance is a specific kind of meditation in dynamics and forced relaxation. Throughout the ages, dance has been attributed healing power and the ability to fill one with positive emotions. The combination of Eastern practices and dance arts gave birth to a very strong direction, able to solve a number of pressing issues for modern man. Each action in the training is accompanied by a specific type of breathing. This direction is a unique symbiosis of the exercises of Hatha Yoga, elements of classical choreography, improvisation and plastics. Trainings bring a feeling of wholeness of a person in himself and at the same time his unity with the whole world. Gradually all students notice that their bodies become more trim and their minds become more relaxed. Everyone becomes aware of the happiness and spontaneous joy that comes from dancing and working with their energy. The art of dance is often equated with a separate language, Yoga dance clearly demonstrates this by incorporating movements, symbols and gestures. This language is very easy to understand and is used by people all over the world, regardless of ethnic or linguistic background. Performing these exercises awakens the Kundalini, the energy that rests permanently at the base of the spine, but which flows freely to any part of the body when awakened. Kundalini awakening is a very special dance in which mind and body work in sync, generating new techniques and movements. You may hear feedback from practitioners with experience that Yoga in Dance is just an ordinary fitness discipline, but in fact it is not. This discipline really does not require you to put restrictions like vegetarianism, a hermit lifestyle or the study of complex philosophical treatises. The main object of training is really the human body, but working with it is a tool, a key to consciousness. In order to feel healthy and happy, one needs to bring oneself into harmony between the physical and subtle bodies, and dance yoga provides just that balance. Through coordinated with a trainer or improvisational movements, a person comes to a balance with the entire world around them, expanding the boundaries of their consciousness to the universal infinity. Yoga in dance involves performing asanas, but the main focus is not on the poses, but on the movements between them. It is these movements that create the dance, making the practice dynamic and very energetic. To the dance movements are connected the special positions of hands and fingers, movements of the eyes and head, which increases the connection with the consciousness and energy flows during the class. A set of breathing exercises appreciably increase the effect of physical exercises, they are built on yogic breathing, that is, using surface, middle and abdominal breathing. Over time, the skill of the students increases to such an extent that they become capable of internal breathing, which comes directly from the energy channels in the body. Among city dwellers, especially large ones, it is difficult to find a person who has not suffered from a frantic rhythm, work and personal stresses, illness, negative emotions and other unpleasant factors. If left unchecked, such conditions will result in bad moods, insomnia and quarrels with loved ones. Yoga in dance is an intensive measure of such a situation, while its techniques are quite mild. People weakened by illnesses do not feel overloaded in the classes, those burdened with cares - successfully relax in them, even restless children love these cheerful and positive practices. Dance yoga is especially recommended to teenagers; it's a way for them to keep their inner world under control and understand themselves. People with spine or leg injuries should be careful. And in this case dance yoga can not be completely prohibited, but it is necessary to work out a personal program with optimal training frequency and obligatory inclusion of elements of healing Yoga therapy into the lessons. Yoga practices in dance benefit the body and soul. A person very quickly begins to notice positive changes in terms of physiology - the appearance of body plasticity and beautiful posture, the correct formation of the muscular system, getting rid of physical blocks and restrictions. More fundamental results are the strengthening of the immune system, increased regeneration of all tissues in the body, stimulation of reproductive function and improved memory. The spiritual benefits cannot be felt as quickly, but the effects are no less significant. It is a constant feeling of being filled with positive energy (i.e. happiness), getting rid of stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Through dance, one learns and accepts one's own inner world in detail, becomes more sensitive to feelings and energy flows coming from others. Such high sensitivity helps to perfectly build relationships of professional and personal nature.
